will be playing a variety of stuff but mostly metal(Gothic, Black, death) and Goth R0ck, maybe some Dark Electro.

EDIT: Bands I will Probably play : Anathema, The Gathering, Crematory, Katatonia, Draconian, The gazette, Black Comedy

Btw, dont know if You know me that well tristanrose but have DJ'd plenty of times before.

Heya! Would I (Rob Hoyle) be able to have a slot. Dj'ed the Social last Tuesday and quite fancy giving a club night a bash.

I plan to do a set based mainly on Metalcore/ Deathmetal and Thrash:
- Misery Signals
- Shadows Fall
- As I Lay Dying
- Belie My Burial
- Suicide Silence etc.

I wouldn't mind a Heavy/Thrash set, highlights including Lamb of God, Machine Head (obvs), Municipal Waste and At The Gates.

I'd like a set please

I'd like to put in some industrial, some metal, a bit of speed-metal too for fun, and something good for the dancefloor

So...NIN, Metallica, God Module (for some nice goth trance), Helloween, Gamma Ray. That sort of thing.

Maybe I could do another?

Power metal stuff, turisas, korpiklaani etc
mixed in with some good old fashioned heavy metal; maiden, judas priest, twisted sister, maybe anthrax?

Sets are only half an hour? what was the reason for the change? seems a bit mad to have so many people tbh.

New committee new rules, i imagine its to increase diversity in teh music.. cant knock it til you've seen it in practice... also social secs word is law =]]

i had a lot of people ask for sets and half of them wanted to do joint sets anyway...we shall see how it works if it dosnt i wont do it again
